1 block of tofu (14 ounces)
1 1/2 teaspoons turmeric
1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
2 tablespoons homemade seasoning
1/8 teaspoon Himalayan black salt + a pinch
2 tablespoons + 1 teaspoon plant based mayo
3 tablespoons diced green bell pepper
3 tablespoons diced red bell pepper
1. Take chunks of your tofu and squeeze as much water out as you can. Then, crumble the drained pieces in a bowl to resemble chunks of eggs.
2. Mix all ingredients evenly throughout the tofu.
3. Let the tofu marinate for one hour.
4. After 1 hour, on medium heat, add one tablespoon of olive oil, and scramble until tofu is warm.
