2 cups cashews (soaked overnight)
2 tablespoons mayo
9 tablespoons of water
1 teaspoon dried parsley and chives
2 teaspoons dill weed
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, and onion powder
1/2 +1/4 teaspoon Himalayan salt
Additional Ingredients for loaded ranch dip
1 red bell pepper (diced)
1 orange bell pepper (diced)
1 green bell pepper (diced)
1/4 cup green olives (diced)
1 cup organic corn
Take your cashews that have been soaking overnight and wash them. Wash and rinse them until you notice the water is no longer cloudy. First, put your water, mayo, and then cashews in the blender and blend (stop and stir if necessary). Once you have a creamy consistency, add your herbs and seasonings, then blend again until everything is combined well. Remove the cashew mix from the blender and then add your bell peppers, olives, and corn. Serve as a dip and enjoy!
If you want to use as a salad dressing, do not add additional ingredients.
