1 cup organic coconut oil (melted)
2/3 cup organic olive oil
3 tablespoons soy lecithin granules
3/4 cup hot water
1 teaspoon Himalayan salt
1. In your blender, place your melted coconut oil, olive oil, and soy lecithin. Blend for 30 seconds.
2. While your mixture is blending, take your hot water and salt and mix together and then slowly add it to the blender.
3. Allow mixture to blend for another 20 seconds. At this point, you’ll notice the mixture is creamy. Pour your mixture into a glass container and stir.
4. Place in the refrigerator uncovered for 2 hours. After 2 hours, give the mixture an additional stir and place the lid on it. Use the next day (mixture should be firm and creamy at this point) as needed.
