Black Bean Salsa


3 cups diced tomatoes
1/4 cup green bell peppers
1/4 cup red bell peppers
1 diced garlic clove
2 tablespoons  + 1 1/2 teaspoons fresh parsley
2 tablespoons + 1 1/2 teaspoons fresh cilantro
1 cup diced red onion
2 tablespoons lime juice
1/2 teaspoon Himalayan salt
1/4 teaspoon cumin
1 1/2 cups cooked black beans


1. Add your tomatoes and beans in a bowl, and then add remaining ingredients.

2. Stir until combined well.

3. Put salsa in a sealed container for at least 2 hours (this is so all the ingredients can marinate together). Optional
